A SITUATION CRYING OUT FOR RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP

A SITUATION CRYING OUT FOR RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP

No change happens by accident. It takes leadership to set society in the right direction.  Where the leadership goes, the nation also goes. There has to be someone or people with the ability to give structure to the human society and help it move in the right direction.

Too often people tend to associate leadership with a title, but leadership is an attitude and state of mind that pushes you to take responsibility. Someone must step up and take responsibility for solving  the problems  caused by bad leadership and change the trajectory of the African continent.

Only responsible leadership can take a nation towards progress. I’m talking about the kind of leadership that build new pathways to override  obstacles in order to keep the people ahead of their challenges.  They live for the victory of humanity because they fight for a cause that goes beyond themselves. Yet in my society today, leadership is majorly focused on accumulating wealth and power, with little regard for the state of the people. There is so much that need fixing. I would describe this as a situation crying out for responsible leadership.  We cannot just continue with business as usual.  We need change.  The question we need to ask ourselves is:  If leadership is Africa’s main problem, what made it a problem?

Check out my latest YouTube video where I shared a strategic approach to creating lasting change.
