I'm always prompted to ask if it is really a question of a broken system, or was the system designed to function this way? The problems go too deep, but if the foundations are addressed everything else will fall into place.

I'm advocating for a shift away from the business-as-usual paradigm, to give way for a new viewpoint that will fundamentally change our methods, while taking the needs of future generations into consideration. Redesign, then build back better.
Change happens when people begin to see the world differently, hence it's not just a matter of addressing societal issues, but a paradigm shift is needful!
