Africa is dealing with complex problems that demand real solutions, both social and economic. More than ever, we need to tap into our innovative thinking and invade the structures that have held these problems in place. Human beings were put on earth with creative abilities to come up with innovative processes that can be used to transform their world.
Societal shift is a result of different people working collaboratively across a nation while bringing everyone along, including those who don't agree with them. By nature, societal level change involves everyone and so we have to adopt an inclusive approach. As these people advance in their quest for change, those invested in the status quo and are adamant about bringing new ideas begin to have confidence in the new systems.
It is important that we help those on the front line lest they are overwhelmed by the hardships that accompany major innovations.
A major driver of structural change is innovation.
