As we move towards a more innovative based economic system that is people centred, African creative entrepreneurs should adopt processes that include the vulnerable sections of the society.
This will ensure that every individual benefits from economic growth, not just a select few. Inclusive growth is concerned with sustained development as it ensures that we reach the most vulnerable people of society ultimately breaking the cycle of poverty.
Marginalised communities are in a poverty trap, having been deprived of opportunities that should help them overcome it.
