PEOPLE OVER PROFIT OR PROFIT OVER PEOPLE?

Just because something has been around for a long time, doesn't mean it is the right thing to do. Adopting the mentality of taking care of  people first and considering profits second will establish a sustainable economic system. Unfair wages, destructive environmental impact and unsafe working conditions are issues that have had their roots in a flawed way of thinking fostered by  perpetuation of  falsified information intended to mislead.

While no company can survive without profits,  being profit-focused without being people-focused will not  sustain that profit. We need to find a balance approach that ensures the safety of the people  while still  being profitable. 

LASTING CHANGE CANNOT COME FROM THE DEMANDS OF AN OUTSIDE FORCE!  It will take a transformation from within to shift away from short-term thinking and create systems that safeguard the well-being of the people. The prevalent  ethical issues in societies can be solved through a shift in focus, stemming from the understanding that having profit as the primary motivation can be damaging in the long run.

Sustainable business model is conscious of the impact of products on communties. It recognizes that impact on the earth is impact on the people.Let us rethink our business practices  and consider sustainable alternatives to the system of profit primacy
